The glory days of the 2002 - 2006 housing and refi boom seem to have all but gone away.  Each week we are contacted by another Title Insurance Underwriter for agents having escrow account issues and problems.  As former Title Insurance auditors and staff accountants for CPA firms that properly reconciled escrow and trust accounts in a '3-way' manner, we are confident we can help turn your agents around.
